ASA College has announced its closure as of February 24, 2023. On February 10, 2023, the Commission acted to note that ASA College's accreditation will cease on March 1, 2023.

The Association of Student Activities (ASA) is a joint committee of both the Undergraduate Association (UA) and the Graduate Student Council (GSC).

The president and owner of ASA was pushed out of his role after at least 10 employees and students accused him of sexual misconduct, including rape.

Moreover, a class-action lawsuit against ASA College has accused the institution of withholding and delaying payments to employees. To date, nearly two-dozen employees have joined the complaint as named plaintiffs, according to court documents.

ASA also has been failing to pay employees on time, leading to repeated confrontations between faculty and the school's controversial owner, Alex Shchegol.
