joking about hav ing the children on the same day since we knew we were having babies And somehow it Connie Tackett children on the same day since we knew we were having Connie Tackett said somehow it Susie Tackett was the more experi enced of the sisters The 29 year old teacher at Osborne Elementary in loyd County had her third baby on riday morning But before riday 36 year old sister Connie Tackett had a child in 17 years Christopher Connor Tackett was her second son While the two sisters faced normal childbearing difficulties JoAnn Hol brook might have suffered the longest day was that the alliance hired to enroll and bill policyholders before have so many dollars and so many people depended on a state agency so inat tentive to record keeping and Hatchett said The alliance which enrolled about 300000 peo ple in health plans sold by 14 companies became the largest such public insurance pool in the country Hatchett criticized both the alliance board for not recognizing the extent of the financial problems and the General Assembly for not setting up stronger management ormer Sen Nick Kafoglis a Bowling Green Democrat who helped craft the 1994 reform law that created
