14900K, may be only slightly faster but that is still faster where cost difference is negligible (when I just looked the older process was a bit more expensive than the newer One). The best answer if you can wait is wait for the next iteration.

Unless you have liquid nitrogen for cooling, there won't be any difference in performance between the two chips.

The 14900k uses more power for the same performance as the 13900k.
